KNOWING OUR NEEDS by Smith Wigglesworth

If only I may touch His clothes, I shall be made well.

Scripture reading: Mark 5:25-6:6 ( Now a certain woman had a flow of blood for twelve years, ²⁶ and had suffered many things from many physicians. She had spent all that she had and was no better, but rather grew worse. ²⁷ When she heard about Jesus, she came behind Him in the crowd and touched His garment. ²⁸ For she said, “If only I may touch His clothes, I shall be made well.” ²⁹ Immediately the fountain of her blood was dried up, and she felt in her body that she was healed of the affliction. ³⁰ And Jesus, immediately knowing in Himself that power had gone out of Him, turned around in the crowd and said, “Who touched My clothes?” ³¹ But His disciples said to Him, “You see the multitude thronging You, and You say, ‘Who touched Me?’” ³² And He looked around to see her who had done this thing. ³³ But the woman, fearing and trembling, knowing what had happened to her, came and fell down before Him and told Him the whole truth. ³⁴ And He said to her, “Daughter, your faith has made you well. Go in peace, and be healed of your affliction.”)

PROPHETIC BLESSINGS FOR THE YEAR by Pastor Sam Adeyemi

Hosea 12:13 “And by a prophet the Lord brought Israel out of Egypt, and by a prophet was he preserved”.

God calls and anoints certain individuals for the sake of people’s destinies; for the preservation of their destinies. It was by a prophet that God brought Israel out of Egypt, out of slavery, poverty and oppression.

Israel had been in slavery for generations until God called one person – Moses – and put His word in his mouth and put His power on his life for the deliverance of a whole nation. Jesus acknowledged that the power and anointing upon His life was for the sake of the people (Luke 4: 18-19The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he hath anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; he hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised, To preach the acceptable year of the Lord).

When God calls a person and puts His grace upon the person’s life, it is not for the sake of that particular individual; rather it is for the profit of all (1 Corinthians 12:7 A spiritual gift is given to each of us so we can help each other NLT).  

CALLED TO PREACH

Many years back, I felt a nudge in my spirit that it was time to focus on the assignment Jesus gave me and every Believer before He parted this world. Matt 28: 19 - 20  Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: ²⁰ Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world. Amen.

 It took so many years of struggling to finally succumb to the call and I am glad I did. Although I do not feel like I am called to preach on the stage, I feel very blessed to share with people messages that I have heard and it has touched me and change my life. 
Every other time, I will share my own experiences and teachings as it comes from the Holy Spirit, but most time, I will share messages from anointed men of God that I know will make a shift in you.
I pray that as join me in the fellowship of His word by reading, listening or watching my posts, you become the Change your environment needs.
